Arts for Transit Commission – Beach 60th Street Subway Station

News SpinnerPublished December 11, 2011 at 9:58 am 6 Comments

I am proud to announce that the first half of my Commission by The State of New York, Arts For Transit Program has been installed in The Beach 60th Street Subway Station in New York City. On Friday December 9th, 2011 a crew of talented installers completed the first of two walls of artwork I created.

In the next few weeks the second wall will be installed. I could not be happier and if you are ever out in The Rockaways stop by the station to take a look.
